Terms and conditions

The rules covering this site, the Lab, kit orders, fabrication work and competition entry. Five separate relationships, so they are set out separately.

Last updated: 1 November 2026

1. Who these terms are between

Between you and AIROOT INFINITY PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U62099UP2026PTC253945), of 114A, Salori, Ram Chandrapuram, Cavellary Lines, Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, India 211004. By using this site you accept them. Write to [email protected] with any question about them.

2. Using the site and the Lab

The Lab tools — the parametric model, the circuit solver, the lidar surface — are provided for learning and estimation. They compute real arithmetic, but they are teaching instruments, not certified engineering software.

Do not rely on them for anything safety-critical. Verify any result that matters against a tool you trust and your own judgement. We are not liable for designs built from them.

You may not attempt to break, overload or extract data from the site, or use it to host or transmit anything unlawful.

3. Kits and orders

This site takes enquiries, not payments. A kit order is made by sending an enquiry and accepting a written quote. The quote states the price, tax, delivery and lead time, and a contract forms only when you accept it. Specifications shown on the kit pages are descriptive and are not offers. Prices are not shown on the site; they are given on request in the quote.

4. Fabrication and consultancy

Figures produced by the fabrication estimator (volume, mass and machine time) are indicative only, generated from the dimensions you enter. A binding quote is issued in writing after we have seen your files. The quote also sets out the payment schedule, tolerances and acceptance criteria, who owns the design and any tooling, and what happens to your files after the job. Ask for these before you commit.

5. Competition entry

Entering a competition such as AIRENA-X carries its own rules, published on that competition's own page and taking precedence over this section where they differ. Those rules cover eligibility, team size, safety and disqualification. Entrants may be minors, so entry requires consent from a parent, guardian or the supervising institution. Ask us if you need the full entry terms before you register.

6. Intellectual property

The site's text, drawings, code and the Thornhallow world belong to AIROOT INFINITY PRIVATE LIMITED unless stated otherwise. Fonts are used under the SIL Open Font Licence and are credited in LICENSES.md. You keep ownership of anything you send us; you grant us only the licence needed to respond to you or do the work.

7. Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Any further limit on liability for a particular job is stated in its written quote.

8. Changes

We may change these terms. Material changes will be dated at the top of this page. For work already commissioned, the terms in force when it was commissioned apply.
