What comes in an Airoot robotic kit?
Every kit has a counted set of parts with a printed bill of materials and a labelled tray, assembly documentation with step photographs, a full-size wiring diagram, and commented firmware you can read and change.
Which kits suit beginners?
The Line Follower V2 and Obstacle Avoider are listed as beginner kits. The Robotic Arm 4-DOF and PCB Design Starter are intermediate, and the Quadruped Mini and SLAM Rover are advanced.
Can I change the firmware?
Yes. The firmware is commented source code, not a binary, so you can flash it, edit it and reflash it. The repository link is on each kit page.
Can I test a control change before touching the hardware?
Each kit comes with a matching Lab project, which is the same kit simulated. You can try a control change there before you change the physical robot.
Do you supply class sets for schools and institutions?
Yes. Airoot offers class sets, curriculum alignment, staff training and on-site commissioning. Use the class-set quote request and describe the room and the year group.
Does the SLAM Rover use ROS?
Yes. The SLAM Rover is described as LiDAR mapping on a ROS 2 differential base.
